عثمان بن مقبل بن قاسم بن علي الياسري، البغدادي، أبو عمرو، جمال الدين: واعظ، من فقهاء الحنابلة، مشارك في علوم التفسير والتاريخ، من أهل الياسرية - من قرى بغداد - وإليها نسبته. قدم بغداد في صباه وأخذ عن علمائها. قالابن رجب: "سمع الحديث الكثير، ووعظ، وتقدم في الوعظ إلى غاية تميز بها عن نظائره في صلاح ودين وسمت" له "كتاب في التفسير والوعظ والفقه والتاريخ" (١). الكماخي [.. - ١١٧١ هـ .. - ١٧٥٨ م]
