عبد الله بن محمد بن يوسف بن عبد المنان الرومي، المعروف بعبد الله حلمي، ويوسف زاده، ويوسف أفندي، والأماسي: فقيه حنفي، عالم بالتفسير والقراءات والحديث. ولد في أماسية، بتركيا. واتصل بالسلطان أحمد والسلطان محمود، العثمانيين، فعرفا قدره وأكرماه، وعينه السلطان محمود مدرسا بدار الكتب التي بناها داخل قصره بالآستانة، فاستمر إلى أن توفي. من آثاره "زبدة العرفان في وجوه القرآن" مخطوط، و "حاشية على أنوار التنزيل" للبيضاوي، في التفسير (١). آلتوني جوق زاده [.. - ١١٨٣ هـ / .. - ١٧٦٩ م]
