عبد الغني بن محمد بن الخضر بن محمد بن تيمية الحراني، سيف الدين، أبو محمد: خطيب حران وابن خطيبها. مفسر، من فقهاء الحنابلة. ولد بحران، وسمع بها من والده وغيره. وقدم بغداد سنة ٦٠٣ هـ فأخذ عن عدد من شيوخها. وعاد إلى حران، فقام مقام والده في التفسير والفتوى والوعظ والخطابة، وكان يلقي التفسير في الجامع على كرسي. مات بحران. له "الزائد على تفسير الوالد" في التفسير (٢).الإمام [١٢٨٧ - ١٣٨٣ هـ / ١٨٧٠ - ١٩٦٣ م]
