عبد الرحمن بن عمر بن أبي القاسم بن علي البصري العبدلياني، نور الدين، أبو طالب: مفسر، فقيه حنبلي، من العلماء. ولد في قرية عبدلياني من نواحي البصرة، وإليها نسبته، وقدم البصرة فتعلم وعلم بها. وكشف بصره سنة ٦٣٤ هـ، وأذن له بالإفتاء سنة ٦٤٨ هـ. ورحل إلى بغداد سنة ٦٥٧ هـ ففوض إليه التدريس للحنابلة في المدرسة البشيرية، ثم في المدرسة المستنصرية سنة ٦٨١ هـ. من كتبه "جامع العلوم في تفسير كتاب الله الحي القيوم" أربع مجلدات (٢). البلقينى [٧٦٣ - ٨٢٤ هـ / ١٣٦٢ - ١٤٢١ م]
