سليم بن أيوب بن سليم الرازي، أبو الفتح: فقيه شافعي، أصولي، محدث، مفسر. أصله من الري. دخل بغداد حدثا، فاشتغل باللغة والنحو والتفسير والمعاني والحديث، ثم تفقه على الشيخ أبي حامد الغزالي، ثم درس مكانه، وانتقل إلى بلاد الشام ورابط بثغر صور ينشر العلم، فتخرج عليه أئمة، منهم نصر المقدسي. وروى عنه أبو بكر الخطيب وغيره. وحج، فغرق في بحر القلزم عند ساحل جدة. من كتبه "ضياء القلوب" في التفسير. قال حاجي خليفة: "اختصره عبد الغني بن قاسم بن حسن بن أبي القاسم الشافعي المقرىء الحجازي، المتوفي بمصر سنة ٥٨٢ هـ، اختصارا حسنا" (٢).البلوي [.. - ٤٣٥ هـ / .. - ١٠٤٢ م]
