خليل بن أحمد مسبحي زاده المغنيساوي، الملقب بنعيمي: فقيه حنفي، من أهل مغنيسيا (قاعدة بلاد ساروخان في الأناضول الغربية) ولي الافتاء بها. له حواش وشروح على بعض كتب الفقه والتفسير منها "حاشية" على تفسير البيضاوي. كذا في هدية العارفين ١: ٣٥٢، وفي صفحة ٣٥٦ ترجمة أخرى باسم خليل بن أحمد بن همت القونوي، وهو فقيه حنفي، تولي افتاء مغنيسيا، وتوفي سنة١٢٢٤ هـ، وله نفس الحواشي والشروح التي للسابق، عدا الحاشية على تفسير البيضاوي. وأغلب الظن أن الترجمتين لشخص واحد (١). قره خليل [... . - ١١٢٣ هـ / .. - ١٧١١ م]
