حمزة بن محمود القرماني، نور الدين: عارف بالتفسير والحديث والففه، من أهل قرمان - في وسط تركيا الآسيوية - ولي الافتاء بها، واشتغل بالتدريس. من آثاره "تفسير التفسير في التيسير والتسيير" حاشية على أنوار التنزيل للبيضاوي في تفسير الزهراوين. في تاريخ وفاته خلاف بين المؤرخين، ففي الفوائد البهية أنه مات سنة ٨٩٩ هـ وفي الشذرات سنة ٩٦٥ هـ وفي الشقائق النعمانية في أوائل المائة التاسعة،وانظر ترجمة أحمد بن محمود الأصم في هذا المعجم (١). الآملي [.. - حيا ٧٨٢ هـ / .. - حيا ١٣٨٠ م]
