حامد بن علي بن إبراهيم بن عبد الرحيم بن عماد الدين الدمشقي، المعروف بالعمادي: مفتي دمشق وابن مفتيها، عالم بالفقه والفرائض والأدب، من كبار فقهاء الحنفية، مولده ووفاته بدمشق، تعلم بها وبمكة وأستنبول، ودرس بالجامع الأمويوغيره، ثم تولى الإفتاء سنة ١١٣٧ هـ واستمر إلى أن توفي. قال المرادي: "وكان يستفتح أكثر دروسه بخطب من إنشائه، جمعت في مجلد كبير". من كتبه "التفصيل بين التفسير والتأويل" (١). القمي [١٢٨٩ - ١٣٥٩ هـ / ١٨٧٢ - ١٩٤٠ م]
