بكر بن محمد بن العلاء بن محمد بن زياد ابن الوليد، أبو الفضلا، القشيري: من كبار فقهاء المالكية في وقته، عالم بالحديث والتفسير. من أهل البصرة: ولي القضاء ببعض نواحي العراق، ثم خرج من العراق لأمر أضطره، فدخل الديار المصرية قبل سنة ٣٣٠ هـ وأدرك فيها رياسة عظيمة، وحدث عنه جماعة من المصريين والأندلسيينوالقرويين وغيرهم. من كتبه "أحكام القرآن" (١). السنجاري [٧١٠ - ٧٩٠ هـ / ١٣١٠ - ١٣٨٨ م]
