بشير بن حامد بن سليمان بن يوسف بن سليمان بن عبد الله الهاشمي، الطالبي، الجعفري، الزينبي، التبريزي، أبو النعمان، نجم الدين: مفسر، من فقهات الشافعية. ولد بأردبيل (من مدن أذربيجان) وتفقه ببغداد، وناظر وأفتى وأعاد بالنظامية. ثم دخل مكة ومات بها. له "الغنيان في تفسير القرآن" كبير في مجلدات (١). بقي بن مخلد [٢٠١ - ٢٧٦ هـ / ٨١٧ - ٨٨٩ م]
