أحمد بن مصطفى بن خليل، أبو الخير، عصام الدين طاشكبري زاده: مؤرخ، مشارك في كثير من العلوم، تركي الأصل، مستعرب. ولد في بروسة، وتعلم في أنقرة والآستانة وأماسية، ثم تنقل في المدن التركية مدرسا، ثم ولي القضاء بالقسطنطينية وحلب. وكشف بصره سنة ٩٦١ هـ. من كتبه "حاشية على الكشاف" في التفسير، و "رسالة" في تفسير آية الوضوء"، و "صورة الخلاص في سورة الإخلاص" وتفسير "قوله تعالى: ﴿هو الذي خلق لكم ..﴾ (١). القزويني [١٢٤٧ - ١٣٠٧ هـ / ١٨٣١ - ١٨٩٠ م]
