أحمد بن محمد بن عمر، شهاب الدين الخفاجي المصري: قاضي القضاة، الفقيهالأديب، الطبيب، وصاحب التصانيف في الأدب واللغة والسير. ولد ونشأ بمصر، وتعلم بها وبالقسطنطينية، وتولى القضاء في أسكوب وسلانيك ثم في مصر. ثم عزل عنها، فرحل إلى دمشق وحلب وعاد إلى بلاد الروم، فنفي إلى مصر وولي قضاءا يعيش منه، فاستقر يؤلف ويقرىء إلى أن مات. من كتبه "عناية القاضي وكشفاية الراضي" حاشية على أنوار التنزيل للبيضاوي، في التفسير، طبعت ببولاق سنة ١٢٨٣ هـ في ثمانية أجزاء (١). الكواكبي [١٠٥٤ - ١١٢٤ هـ / ١٦٤٤ - ١٧١٢ م]
