أحمد بن محمد بن عارف الزيلي الرومي السيواسي، شمس الدين، أبو الثناء: أديب، فقيه حنفي، عارف بالتفسير والتاريخ، من أهل سيواس، (في أواسط تركيا الآسيوية). له تصانيف بالتركية والعربية، فمن التركية "نقد الخاطر" في تفسير سورة الكهف، أهداه للسلطان مراد الثالث الذي ولي السلطنة من سنة ٩٨٢ هـ (١٥٧٤ م) إلى سنة ١٠٠٣ هـ (١٥٩٥ م). و "لطائف الآيات ونقوش البينات" (١). شيخ زاده [.. - ١٠٣٣ هـ]
