أحمد رافع بن محمد بن عبد العزيز بن (رافع الحسيني القاسمي الطهطاوي)رافع الحسيني القاسمي الطهطاوي: مفسر، أديب، من فقهاء الحنفية، ولد في طهطا - بمديرية جرجا بمصر - ونشأ بها، وقدم القاهرة وتخرج في الأزهر، ثم تصدر للتدريس سنة ١٢٩٩ هـ، فاستمر إلى أن توفي. من تصانيفه "شرح الصدر بتفسير سورة القدر" و "بلوغ السول بتفسير: لقد جاءكم رسول" رسالة، و "نفحات الطيب على تفسير الخطيب" (١). الجابري [.. - ١٠٠٨ هـ / .. - ١٦٠٠ م]
