أحمد بن إبراهيم، غرس الدين، الحلبي: طبيب، فرضي، عالم بالرياضيات والتفسير، مشارك في عدة علوم، نشأ في مدينة حلب، وتعلم بها وبدمشق والقاهرة، ورحل إلى القسطنطينية واستوطنها إلى أن مات، قال في "العقد المنظوم": "كان رأسا في جميع العلوم، مستجمعا لشروط الفضائل، وجامعا لعلوم الأواخر والأوائل، لم يقبل مدة عمره وظيفة السلطان ... ، له "شرح" تفسير البيضاوي، حوى جزأين من القرآن الكريم" (٢). الهكاري [.. - ٧٦٣ هـ / .. - ١٣٦٢ م]
