إبراهيم بن محمد بن إسماعيل بن صلاح الحمزي الحسنى الهاشمي المعروف بالأمير: مفسر، من علماء الزيدية. من أهل صنعاء، رحل إلى مكة مرات ثم سكنها إلى أن توفي فيها. نعته صاحب نيل الوطر بعالم الدنيا وحافظها، وخطيب الأمة وواعظها. من كتبه "مفاتيح الرضوان في تفسير القرآن بالقرآن" ويسمى أيضا "فتح الرحمن ...
