إبراهيم بن عمر بن حسن الرباط بن علي الخرباوي البقاعي، أبو الحسن، برهان الدين: مؤرخ، مفسر، محدث، أديب. ولد بقرية خربة روحا من عمل البقاع بلبنان، وبها نشأ وتعلم. وسكن دمشق، ودخل بيت المقدس والقاهرة، وماتبدمشق. من كتبه "نظم الدرر في تناسب الآيات والسور" في التفسير، ويعرف بمناسبات البقاعي، أو "تفسير البقاعي"، مخطوط سبع مجلدات، أو "الفتح القدسي في تفسير آية الكرسي" و "مصاعد النظر للإشراف على مقاصد السور" مخطوط، في خزانة الرباط. قال صاحب كشف الظنون: "جمع فيه ما لم يحوه كتاب كالبحر العباب، وهو في مجلد صغير" (١). بيوض [١٣١٦ - ١٤٠٠ هـ / ١٨٩٩ - ١٩٨٠ م]
