    ١٩٠٤ - السائب بن الحَارِث بن قيس (ب د ع) السَّائِبُ بنُ الحَارِث بنِ قَيس بنِ عَدِي بن سَعْد بن سَهْم القرشي السهمي، قتل يوم الطائف شهيداً، قاله ابن إسحاق، وكان من مهاجرة الحبشة. وقال أبو عمر: خرج السائب يوم الطائف، وقتل بعد ذلك يوم فِحلّ بالأردن من أرض الشام شهيداً وكانت فحل في ذي القعدة سنة ثلاث عشرة أول خلافة عمر، وقال الكلبي: كانت سنة أربع عشرة وقد انقرض بنو الحارث بن قَيْس بن عدي. فحِلْ: من أرض الشام، بكسر الفاء.
