عبد الله بن علي بن سعيد أبو محمد القيسراني القصري نسبة إلى بليدة قريبة من عكا بالساحل، الفقيه الشافعي، تفقه ببغداد بالمدرسة النظامية، ثم انتقل إلى حلب، وبنى له ابن العجمي بها مدرسة فدرس بها، وقد سمع جزء ابن عرفة من أبي القاسم بن بيان، وكتب عنه أبو سعد ابن السمعاني، قال: ومات بحلب سنة ثلاث أو أربع وأربعين وخمس مائة.
