علي بن القاسم بن مظفر بن علي أبو الحسن الشهرزوري الموصلي الشافعي قال ابن عساكر: تولى قضاء واسط، ثم قضاء الرحبة، ثم قضاء الموصل، وقد قدم مع قيم الدولة زنكي حسين حاضر دمشق، وكان حسن الاعتقاد شهمًا رجلًا من الرجال، توفي بحلب في رمضان سنة اثنين وثلاثين وخمس مائة، وحمل تابوته إلى الرقة، وهو أحد الأخوة.
