عبد الواحد بن محمد بن نصر بن غانم أبو القاسم القرميسيني بليدة من طوان وهمذان، الشافعي، تفقه على أبي المظفر السمعاني، وكان إمامًا فقيهًا بارعًا، وسمع ببغداد من مالك البانياسي، وعلي بن محمد بن محمد الأنباري، وسمع منه جماعة وتوفي بكرمانشاه في سنة ثلاثين وخمس مائة.
