عبد الكريم بن علي بن أبي طالب الأستاذ أبو القاسم الرازي تلميذ أبي حامد الغزالي، قال ابن السمعاني: هو إمام ظريف عفيف حسن الطريقة، تفقه كثيرًا وحصل المذهب والخلاف، وكان رشيق العبارة في النظر، صحب الغزالي، وحصل كتبه، وأقام بهراة بينالصوفية مدة، وسمع ببغداد من أبي بكر بن الخاضبة، وأبي بكر ابن سيرين، روى لنا عنه علي بن أحمد الهروي، وأبو النصر الفارس بهراة، توفي ظنا بفارس في سنة ثنتين وعشرين وخمس مائة.
