أحمد بن عبد العزيز بن محمد بن حبيب الفقيه أبو الطيب المقدسي الواعظ إمام جامع الرابعة أخذ عن الفقيه نصر بن إبراهيم المقدسي وسمع منه، ومن الحسن بن علي الطبري، وعنه الحافظ أبو القاسم ابن عساكر وله ديوان شرع فمنه: يا ناظري ناظري وقف على السهر ... ويا فؤادي فؤادي منك في ضرر ويا حياتي حياتي غير طيبة ... وهل تطيب بغير السمع والبصر ويا سروري سروري قد ذهبت به ... وإن تبقى قليل فهو في الأثروالعين بعدك يا عيني مدامعها ... تسقي مغانيك ما يغني عن المطر ، مات تقريبًا في سنة تسع وعشرين وخمس مائة ﵀ وإيانا.
