يحيى بن إبراهيم بن محمد بن يحيى أبو زكريا بن المزكي أبي إسحاق مسند نيسابور، وأحد فقهاء الشافعية، تفقه على الأستاذ أبي الوليد حسان بن محمد الفقيه، روى عن: الأصم، وأبي عبد الله بن الأخرم، وأبي بكر الصبغي، والنجاد، وجماعة، وانتقى عليه الحافظ أبو بكر أحمد بن على الأصبهاني، وروى عنه: ابنه أبو بكر، والحافظ أبو بكر البيهقي في جميع كتبه، وجماعة، مات في ذي الحجة سنة أربع عشرة وأربع مائة.
