٨٢١ - الزبير بن العوام بن خويلد بن أسد بن عبد العزى بن قصي بن كلاب، أبو عبد الله القرشي، الأسدي. • قال عبد الله بن أحمد: حدثني أبي ويحيى بن معين. قالا: حدثنا أبو أسامة، عن هشام. قال: أسلم الزبير، وهو ابن ست عشرة، وقتل وهو ابن بضع وستين. «العلل» (٣٨١٣) . • وقال عبد الله: وجدت في كتاب أبي بخط يده: حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد. قال: حدثنا الليث بن سعد، عن أبي الأسود، أن الزبير بن العوام أسلم وهو ابن ثمان سنينفجعل عمه يعذبه بالدخان، كي يترك الإسلام، فيأبى الزبير، فلما رأى عمه ألا يتركه تركه. «العلل» (٥٩٠٧) . • • •
