    ٤٣٢- أربد بن عبد اللَّه البجلي. أدرك الجاهلية، وحكّمه عمر في قضية [ (٣) ] . قال عبد الرّزّاق عن ابن عيينة عن المخارق بن عبد اللَّه: سمعت طارق بن شهاب يقول: خرجنا حجّاجا، فأوطأ رجل منّا يقال له أربد بن عبد اللَّه ضبّا، فأتينا عمر نسأله، فقال له عمر: احكم فيه. قال: أنت خير مني وأعلم. قال: أنا أمرتك أن تحكم. قال: قلتفيه جدي. قال: قد جمع الماء والشجر. قال: ففيه ذلك. إسناده صحيح. ورواه الأعمش عن سليمان بن ميسرة عن طارق، ولم يسمّ الرجل.
