    ١٧٠٥- مُحَمد بْن زياد الأسدي منكر الحديث عن الثقات. حَدَّثَنَا عَبد الصَّمَدِ بْنُ سَعِيد الْكِنْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيد الطائي بن أخت بن عوف، حَدَّثَنا مُحَمد بن زياد الأسدي، حَدَّثَنا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عنِ ابْنِ عُمَر أَنَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ قَال: لا يعلق الرَّهْنُ. وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُنْكَرٌ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَإِنَّمَا يَرْوِي مَالِكٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ فِي الْمُوَطَّإِ، عنِ الزُّهْريّ عَنْ سَعِيد عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُرْسَلا وَقَدْ وَصَلَ عَنْ مَالِكٍ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عن مالك، عنِ الزُّهْريّ، عَن أَنَس وَهَذَا بَاطِلٌ دَخَلَ لِمَنْ رَوَاهُ حَدِيثٌ فِي حَدِيثٍ، وَمُحمد بْنُ زِيَادٍ الأَسَدِيُّ لا أَعْرِفُهُ إِلا فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ وَلَيْسَ بالمعروف.
