    ١٠٨ - أبو الفضل الصرام محمد بن عبيد الله بن محمد أبو الفضل ابن أبي محمد الصرام الزاهد الحيري وأبوه من أعيان المشايخ ورؤسائهم والمنظورين بنيسابور وأبو الفضل من الزهاد القراء ما رأيت أحفظ للقرآن منه كان يختم في ركعة أو ركعتين ويداوم على القراءة وكان ممن يتبرك بدعائه حدث عن القاضي أبي عمر البسطامي والحاكم أبي عبد الله والسيد أبي الحسن وأصحاب الأصم وسمعته يذكر عن الأستاذ أبي سعد الواعظ الخركوشي حكايات وأبياتا وكان رآه في مجلس الإستسقاء بالمصلى وتوفي في شعبان سنة تسع وتسعين وأربع مائة
