    ١٣ - أبو بكر الواعظ محمد بن اسحاق بن محمشاذ الواعظ الأستاذ الإمام أبو بكر الزاهد بن الزاهد بن الزاهد زعيم أصحاب أبي عبد الله ورئيسهم صاحب القول في وقته عند السلطان بسيط الجاه كان مقربا عند الأمير يمين الدولة محمود دعا إلى السنة وهدم المسجد الجديد الذي بناه الروافض وظهرت به دولة الكرامية واعتمده الأمير محمود في بناء الرباط بمرحلة قائمة على طريق سرخس عقد له مجلس الإملاء بشط الوادي سنة خمس وأربع مائة واستملى عليه الحسكاني وبعده أبو عمرو بن يحيى وكان في الإرتفاع إلى أن توفي في شوال سنة إحدى وعشرين وأربع مائة حدث عن الحاكم أبي أحمد وغيره
