٤٣٠٨- قيماز [بن عبد الله] [١] . كان مملوكا للمستنجد باللَّه [وارتفع أمره وعلا كثيرا] [٢] فلما ولى المستضيء [بأمر الله] [٣] بعد موت المستنجد [زاد أمره] [٤] وصار مقدما على الكل [وكانت الجنود كلها تحت أمره] [٥] وانبسط كثيرا حتى أن المستضيء أراد تولية وزير فمنع من ذلك وأغلق باب النوبي يومين [وقيل أنه نوى نية ردية] [٦] وقد أشرنا إلى حاله في حوادث هذه السنة إلى أن خرج من بغداد [هاربا] [٧] فتوفي بناحية الموصل وغسل في سقاية ووصل خبره في ذي القعدة [٨] [من هذه السنة] [٩] .
