٤٢٦٧- جعفر بن عبد الواحد، أبو البركات الثقفي [٢] . ولد في محرم سنة تسع عشرة وخمسمائة وسمع الحديث من أبي القاسم الحريري [٣] وولي قضاء القضاة بعد أبيه وكان أبوه قد أقام في القضاء أشهرا ثم مات فدفن بدرب بهروز فلما مات الولد أخرجا فدفنا عند رباط الزوزني المقابل لجامع المنصور وكان سبب موت هذا الولد أنه طولب بمال خرجه عليه رجل من أهل الكوفة فضاق صدره وأشرف على بيع عقاره وكلمه الوزير ابن البلدي بكلمات خشنة فقام الدم ومات.
