٤٢٦٠- أبو الفضائل بن شقران [٥] . كان في مبتدأ أمره يتلمذ على أبي العز الواعظ ثم صار فقيها بالنظامية وصار معيدا ثم وعظ/ وأخذ ينصر مذهب الأشعري ويبالغ فتقدم الوزير بمنعه فحط عن المنبر يوم ٨٧/ أجلوسه ثم ترك الوعظ واقام برباط بهروزوز مدة وغلبت عليه الرطوبة فمات بعد مرض طويل في يوم السبت خامس صفر هذه السنة ودفن بمقبرة درب الخبازين.
