٤٢٢٨- أحمد بن معالي، ابن بركة [١] الحربي. تفقه على أبي الخطاب/ الكلواذاني وبرع في النظر. قال المصنف: سمعت درسه مدة وكان قد انتقل إلى مذهب الشافعي ثم عاد إلى مذهب أحمد ووعظ. وتوفي في جمادي الأولى من هذه السنة، ودفن بمقبرة باب حرب، وكان سبب موته أنه ركب دابة فانحنى في مضيق ليدخله فأتكأ بصدره إلى قربوس السرج فأثر فيه، وانضم إلى ذلك إسهال فضعفت القوة، وكان مدة يومين أو ثلاثة.
