٤١٠٦- سعيد بن محمد بن عمر بن منصور ابن الرزاز، أبو منصور [١] الفقيه: ولد سنة اثنتين وستين، وسمع الحديث من أبي محمد التميمي، وأبي الفضل بن خيرون، وغيرهما. وحدث، وكان سماعه صحيحا. وتفقه على أبي حامد الغزالي، وأبي بكر الشاشي، وأبي سعد المتولي، وإلكيا الهراسي [٢] ، وأسعد الميهني، وشهد عند أبي القاسم الزينبي، وولي تدريس النظامية ثم صرف عنها، وعاش حتى صار رئيس الشافعية، وكان له سمت ووقار وسكون. ١٧/ أ/ وتوفي يوم الأربعاء بعد الظهر حادي عشر ذي القعدة من هذه السنة، وصلى عليه ولده أبو سعد، ودفن في تربة أبي إسحاق الشيرازي، وحضر جنازته قاضي القضاة [وأقيم في اليوم الثالث] [٣] بحاجب من الديوان.
