٤٠٤١- علي بن علي، بن عبيد الله، أبو منصور صاحب محمد الوكيل ويعرف بابن سكينة [٢] . ولد سنة تسع وأربعين، وكان أمين الحاكم تحت يده أموال الأيتام، وكان يلقب أمين الأمناء سمع أبا محمد الصريفيني، وابن السراج، وابن العلاف وغيرهم. وحدث، وكان سماعه صحيحا، وسمعت منه، وسمعته يقول: من منع ماله الفقراء سلط الله عليه الأمراء. توفي ليلة السبت/ سادس ذي القعدة عن ثلاث وثمانين سنة ودفن بالشونيزية. ١٤٦/ ب
