٤٠٣٥- إِسْمَاعِيل بن أحمد بن عبد الملك النيسابوري، أبو سعد بن أبي صالح المؤذن [١] . ولد سنة اثنتين وخمسين، وتفقه على أبي المظفر السمعاني، وأبي المعالي ١٤٦/ أالجويني، وبرع في الفقه، وكانت له قدم عند الملوك والسلاطين، وكان/ كثير السماع، خرج له أبوه صالح بن صالح مائة حديث عن مائة شيخ، وكتب لي إجازة بجميع مسموعاته، وتوفي ليلة عيد الفطر من هذه السنة، ودفن يوم العيد.
