٤٠٠٨- علي بن الحسن بن الدرزيجاني [٦] : كان شديد الورع كثير التعبد، وجرت مسألة المستحيل هل يدخل تحت القدرة، فقال: يدخل، فأنكره شيخنا أبو الحسن الزاغوني عليه، وجرت [٧] بينهما ملاعنات، وبلغ الأمر إلى الديوان وكان لقلة علمه يظن أن المستحيل يتصور، وأن القدر يعجز عنه، والعجب ممن يدخل نفسه في شيء ليس من شغله.توفي يوم الأحد حادي عشر ربيع الآخر، وصلي عليه في جامع المنصور [١] ، وتبعه خلق كثير إلى مقبرة باب حرب، فدفن هناك.
