٤٠٠٢- أم المسترشد باللَّه [٢] : توفيت وقت العتمة ليلة الاثنين تاسع عشر شوال هذه السنة، وأخرجت ليلا فدفنت في الرصافة [٣] . ١٢٧/ أومن العجائب أنه نفذ تلك الليلة/ إلى أبي القاسم بن السياف في معنى حاجة لأجل الميتة فنفذ معهم ابنا له صغيرا ليعطيهم حاجتهم، فدخلوا ومعهم نقاط فوقع من النفط في أعدال قطن فاحترقت، وحصل الصبي في الخزانة وحده، وأحاطت به النار فلم يجد محيصا فاحترق.
