٣٩٦٧- الحسن بن سلمان بن عبد الله ابن الفتى، أبو علي الفقيه [١] : ورد بغداد ودرس بالنظامية ووعظ في جامع القصر، وكان له علم بالأدب ولم يكن قائما بشروط الوعظ، فكان يقول: أنا في الوعظ مبتدى، وأنا في الفقه منتهي. غير أنه أنشأ خطبا كان يذكرها في مجالس الوعظ [٢] ينظم فيها مذهب الأشعري، فنفقت على أهل بغداد، ومال على أصحاب الحديث والحنابلة فاستلب عاجلا. فتوفي في شوال هذه السنة، وغسله القاضي أبو العباس ابن الرطبي وصلى عليه في جامع القصر، ودفن في تربة الشيخ أبي إسحاق.
