٣٩٥٥- منصور بن هبة الله بن محمد، أبو الفوارس الموصلي الفقيه الحنفي: كان من العدول، ثم ولي القضاء بنواح من سواد بغداد وكان من المجودين في النظر ومعرفة المذهب، وردت إليه الحسبة بالجانب الغربي. وتوفي في صفر هذه السنة، ودفن بالخيزرانية.
