٣٩٥٠- الحسين بن علي [١] بن أبي القاسم، أبو علي اللامشي [٢] . من أهل سمرقند، روى الحديث وتفقه، وكان يضرب به المثل في النظر، وكان خيرا دينا على طريق السلف، مطرحا للتكلف أمارا بالمعروف، بعث رسولا من خاقان ملك ما وراء النهر إلى دار الخلافة، فقيل له: لو حججت فقد وصلت بغداد، فقال: لا أجعل الحج تبعا لرسالتهم، فرجع إلى سمرقند. وتوفي في رمضان هذه السنة، وهو ابن إحدى وثمانين سنة.
