٣٩٢٢- محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن المهتدى، أبو الغنائم الخطيب العدل: [٢] سمع القزويني، والبرمكي، والجوهري، والتنوخي، والعشاري، والطبري، وغيرهم، وكان شيخا ذا هيئة جميلة وصلاح ظاهر، وسماعه صحيح، وكان شيخنا عبد الوهاب يثنى عليه ويصفه بالصدق والصلاح، وعاش مائة وثلاثين سنة وكسرا، ممتعا بجميع جوارحه [٣] ، وكتب المستظهر في حقه هو شيخ الأسرة. ٩٤/ ب توفي يوم الأحد ثاني عشر ربيع الأول، ودفن بباب/ حرب قريبا من بشر الحافي.
