٣٨٧١- محمد بن الحسين بن محمد، أبو بكر الأرسابندي [٢] القاضي: من قرية من قرى مرو، سمع الحديث ببخارى، وتفقه هناك على صاحب أبي زيد، ونظر في الأدب، وبرع في النظر، وولى القضاء، وكان حسن الأخلاق متواضعا جوادا، وورد بغداد فسمع بها أبا محمد التميمي وغيره إلا أنه يروى عنه التحريف في الرواية، فإنه كان يقول: عندنا أنه من صنف شيئا فقد أجاز لكل من يروى عنه ذلك. وتوفي فِي ربيع الأول من هذه السنة. وكتب على قبره: من كان معتبرا ففينا معتبر ... أو شامتا فالشامتون على الأثر
