٣٨١٠- إِسْمَاعِيل بن أحمد بن الحسين بن على بن موسى، أبو علي بن بكر [١] البيهقي: ولد سنة ثمان وعشرين وأربعمائة، ووالده العالم المعروف صاحب التصانيف، وسمع هو من أبيه، وأبى الحسن عبد الغافر، وأبى عثمان الصابوني، وسافر الكثير، وسكن خوارزم قريبا من عشرين سنة، ودرس بها ثم مضى إلى بلخ، فأقام بها مدة، وورد بغداد وحدث بها، وورد نيسابور في هذه السنة [فسمعوا منه، ثم خرج إلى بيهق. فتوفي بها في هذه السنة] [٢] وكان فاضلا مرضى الطريقة. ٥٢/ أ
