٣٧٢١- محمد بن المبارك بن عمر، أبو حفص ابن الخرقى القاضي المحتسب [١] : كان حافظا للقرآن صارما في حسبته ولى الحسبة سنة ثلاث وسبعين، وكان المتعيشون يخافونه ومنع [٢] قوام الحمامات أن يمكنوا أحدا يدخل [٣] بغير مئزر، وتهددهم على ذلك بالإشهار. وتوفي في ربيع الآخر من هذه السنة.
