٣٥٨٢- محمد بن أبي سعد، أحمد بن الحسن بن علي بن سليمان بن الفرج، أبو الفضل المعروف بالبغدادي، وهو من أهل أصبهان. ولد في سنة ثلاث وعشرين وأربعمائة، وسمع وحدث ووعظ، وكان يوصف بالفصاحة والعلم بالتفسير والمعاني. روى عنه ولده أبو سعد شيخنا وعبد الوهاب الحافظ. توفي ببغداد [١] عند رجوعه من الحج في صفر هذه السنة.
