٣٤١١- محمد بن علي بن الحسن بن الدجاجي [٧] ، أبو الغنائم القاضي [٨] . سمع أبا الحسن الحربي [٩] السكوني، وأبا طاهر المخلص، وابن معروف، وغيرهم، وكان سماعه صحيحا وهو من أهل السنة، حدثنا عنه، وكان له مال فافتقر فيآخر عمره، فجمع له أهل الحديث شيئا فلم يقبل، وقال: وا فضيحتنا، آخذ عَلَى حَدِيث رَسُول اللَّه ﷺ لا والله. وتوفي يوم الخميس سلخ شعبان، ودفن يوم الجمعة [١] غرة رمضان بمقبرة الخيزران.
