٣٢٨٥- عبيد الله بن عمر بن أحمد بن عثمان، أبو القاسم الواعظ المعروف بابن [٤] شاهين: ولد في ربيع الأول سنة احدى وخمسين وثلاثمائة. أخبرنا القزاز، أخبرنا الخطيب، قال: سمع عبيد الله أباه وابن مالك القطيعي وأبا محمد بن ماسي وابا بجر البربهاري ومحمد بن المظفر كتبت عنه وكان صدوقا ينزل بالجانب الشرقي المعترض وراء الحطابين ومات في ربيع الآخر [٥] من هذه السنة ودفن بمقبرة باب حرب.
