٣٢٠٦- محمد بن الحسن بن أحمد [بن محمد] [٦] بن موسى، أبو الحسين الأهوازي ويعرف بابن أبي علي الأصبهاني [٧] : ولد في سنة خمس وأربعين وثلاثمائة، وقدم إلى بغداد من الأهواز، وخرج له أبو الحسن النعيمي أجزاء من حديثه، وسمع منه البرقاني إلّا أنه بان كذبه.أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بن علي، حدثنا أبو الوليد الحسن بن محمد الدربندي، قَالَ: سمعت أبا نصر أحمد بن علي بن عبدوس، يقول: كنا نسمي ابن أبي علي الإصبهاني جراب الكذب. أقام الأهوازي ببغداد سبع سنين ثم خرج إلى الأهواز، ووصل الخبر بوفاته في هذه السنة.
