٣١٧٦- عبد الوهاب [٦] بن علي بن نصر أبو محمد المالكي [٧] : كان فقيها/ على مذهب مالك، وولي قضاء بادرايا وباكسايا، وخرج من بغداد لإضافته، فحصل له مال كثير من المغاربة، ومات بها في شعبان وقال شعرا يتشوق فيه إلى بغداد: سلام على بغداد في كل موقف ... وحق لها مني سلام مضاعف فو الله ما فارقتها عن قلى لها ... وإني بشطي جانبيها لعارف ولكنها ضاقت علي بأسرها ... ولم تكن الأرزاق فيها تساعف فكانت كخل كنت أهوى دنوه ... وأخلاقه تنأى به وتخالف أخبرنا القزاز، أخبرنا الخطيب، قال: روى عبد الوهاب عن ابن شاهين، وكتبت عنه، وكان ثقة ولم نلق من المالكيين أحدا أفقه منه.
